Product Lines
Biomass Energy For Industry
Wellons’ combustion technologies are capable of burning a a combination of wet and/or dry fuels as well as agricultural residue fuels producing Steam, Thermal Oil, Hot Water or Clean Process Gas.
Wellons’ biomass fired equipment is used in Wood Product Facilities, Power Generation Facilities, Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants, and District Energy Applications.
Our biomass and agri-fuel fired energy systems range in size from 10,000 PPH to 800,000 PPH for a variety of process heat and power requirements.
Product Lines
Gas-Fired Energy Systems
Wellons has designed and supplied gas-fired heater projects ranging in size from 5 MMBtu/hr to 70 MMBtu/hr output (single units) for the oil, gas, and wood products sectors. Wellons heaters can be horizontal or vertical configurations and are a double helical coil, triple gas pass design.
Wellons heaters are typically skid mounted transportable units with integral control cab or building. Wellons scope can also include the primary loop (thermal fluid circulation system) including pumps, dump tank, expansion tank, and piping.

Lumber Dry Kilns
Wellons is a leading supplier of lumber drying technology in the United States and Canada. Wellons’ ruggedly designed kilns are known for their high drying quality and production.
Wellons Winkiln and dTCS technology provide superior lumber drying control using real-time moisture content measurement as the defining control variable.
