Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP)
Specifically Designed For Biomass Systems
Wellons’ Dry Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) is specifically designed for cleaning particulate entrained in flue gases from biomass-fired energy systems. Whether integrated in а complete Wellons system, or as an addition to an existing biomass system, Wellons ESPs are designed for long life and low repair and maintenance costs.
Standard & Custom Sizes
Wellons has 18 standard ESP sizes (utilizing single or multiple fields). Custom designed models are available upon request.

ESP Test Platform
Wellons Canada can provide coпtiпuous emissioп moпitoriпg systems (CEMS) and opacity monitoring systems (COPS) for both пеw апd existing ESP’s. Operating data from the ESP and combustor can be displayed on a related emissions report, and integrate into Wellons computerized control system.
8 of 8Modular, Scalable, & Reliable
Wellons uses a modular, pre-engineered design approach. Using this results in a project specific ESP selection. Increased shop assemblies speeds site installations, and the use of proven components ensures high reliability.
Wellons’ ESPs are designed and manufactured to rigorous standards using design criteria and components with proven superior performance. Our design ensures stable high voltage operation for best particulate charging and crisp impact rapping to neatly remove ash from ESP internals.
