Terms & Conditions of Sale
All proposals, quotations and contracts for products and services provided by Wellons are subject to Wellons’ Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale below applicable to the country where the goods are purchased. By submitting a purchase order, placing an order, accepting a proposal or quotation, issuing or directing Wellons to commence work, the customer acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale unless another prior written agreement has been executed between Wellons and the Purchaser. used as fuel for generating plant energy.
Purchase Order Terms & Conditions
All purchases of goods and services by Wellons are expressly subject to Wellons’ Terms and Conditions of Purchase. Commencement of work, shipment of goods, provision of services, or any other performance by a supplier or seller in response to a Wellons purchase order shall constitute acceptance of the purchase order and all terms contained therein. Acceptance is expressly limited to the terms and conditions stated in the applicable Wellons purchase order. Any additional, inconsistent, or differing terms proposed by the seller or supplier are hereby rejected and shall have no force or effect unless expressly agreed to in writing by Wellons. If a Wellons purchase order is deemed an acceptance of a prior offer, such acceptance is expressly limited to the terms set forth in the purchase order.
